    I feel fortunate to have found a dermatologist on the North Fork who is at least the equal of the one I had in the city. She's extremely well-informed, even about fairly obscure problems like hidradenitis suppurativa. And for the more common problems I presented her with (precancerous lesions, itchiness, and the like) not inclined at all to move quickly to the most invasive and expensive treatment. I appreciate that. I also appreciated the efficiency of the office: the appointment was made easily, confirmed online, conducted with humor and attentiveness, and a follow-up appointment was also made easily but with the proviso that if my situation improved before then it could be cancelled. So five stars for Dr. Notaro and her group!
